    12 Reformer Pilates Classes (Beginner-Friendly)

    -A safe, supportive weekly exercise class. Focusing on core strength, mobility, and building confidence to move pain-free.

    Personalised Exercise Programme

    All exercises come in a printable PDF or easy-to-use app, with step-by-step video guidance and progressions updated at each Physio consult.

  • How It Works?

    Week 1–2: Reset & Assess – Physio assessment + first classes, learning the basics.

    Week 3–6: Build Foundations – Gentle strengthening, habit shifts, and flare-up strategies.

    Week 7–10: Strength & Resilience – Physio reassesses. Progressing your confidence with movement and lifestyle integration.

    Week 11–12: Long-Term Success – Final Physio Review. Progress, celebrate wins, and create a plan for the future.

    Outcome Measures: These need to be completed on Week 1, 6 & 12 to track your progress:

    - Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia

Important Information & Disclaimers

  • Pre-Assessment Required:
    This 12-week course is overseen by a Physiotherapist. Your suitability will be assessed in an Initial Consultation ($65) before starting. Please book online under a “Pilates Preassessment”, your programme start date will begin at the start of this consult.

  • Course Suitability:
    If you are not yet ready for the programme, your physiotherapist may recommend continuing with individual physiotherapy sessions first, to address acute issues before joining the course.

  • Programme Fees:
    The Back Pain Recovery Course is $38 per week thereafter, invoiced in installments across the 12 weeks.

  • Commitment Policy:
    Once enrolled, the programme runs as a full 12-week block. It cannot be paused, suspended, or terminated without a medical certificate.

  • Results Disclaimer:
