At Physio Pilates New Plymouth, all classes are led by qualified Physiotherapists — not general fitness instructors. If you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with pain, or new to exercise, we recommend booking a one-on-one Physio or Pilates Pre-Assessment first. This helps us understand your movement patterns, assess any limitations, and find the right class for you. If you’re healthy and active, you can join our Beginner classes without an assessment.
