We are ACC registered & are able to lodge + provide care for all ACC maternal birth injuries that have occurred after October 2022.

Designed to empower you throughout your pregnancy, we focus on building strength, mobility and stability safely for your everchanging body. From nurturing the pelvic floor to strengthening postural muscles, hips, and upper body, our holistic approach ensures you remain comfortable and confidently move through your 2nd and 3rd trimester. No previous Pilates experience is needed. Our classes welcome all levels of fitness.

Are you a little lost with where to start exercising after having a baby? We’ve got you covered. Connect, coordinate then strengthen your core & pelvic floor, while also focusing on building your strength & soothing postural related pain in your 4th Trimester.
Have a Women’s Health Physio help you address common post-natal issues like diastasis recti/DRA, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic girdle pain. Feel safe and supported to gradually ease yourself into your previous activities, build strength for the demands of motherhood and learn when you are ready to return to higher impact sports.

If you are suffering from an injury or niggle, then you can book either an Initial ACC, Private or Pilates Pre-Assessment here (no referrals necessary). This 45min consult will help us holistically assess your injuries, help us get a clear understanding of how it is impacting you and work alongside you to achieve your goals.
